Haworth Inc. SEARCHING NATIONALLY, GOING LOCALLY Haworth Inc. conducted a national search for an agency to incorporate the finding of its branding agency into tangible marketing deliverables. RM+D came out on top, notably for our ability to handle all aspects of a project and strong writing skills paired with creative talent. Our first assignment was to help announce the evolution of the brand at the industry event of the year, NeoCon 2004. A national trade advertisement, renovated showroom and trained sales force would carry the messaging.
CHANGING SCOPE, EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS The initial assignment was to develop print collateral, (invitation, print ad, training guide, press kit and signage) to support the launch of the new brand at NeoCon. The catch: brand positioning was not fully agreed upon or articulated.
With time running out, RM+D was called to the rescue on a number of projects. We not only coordinated communications with the showroom design and messaging from the clients’ contracted source, we also designed and helped write presentations for Haworth’s top executives. Our combined body of work served as the basis for how to present the brand and design strategy, with kudos for our ability to anticipate needs, deliver on tight deadlines and “go above and beyond.” We also crafted the messaging for standardized presentations about the “new” Haworth brand and developed training materials used at a conference for the entire sales force.
