Before joining RM+D as project manager, Marti spent over 10 years at Steelcase Inc., then broadened her experience through freelance projects and management consulting.

She has been responsible for a wide spectrum of marketing communications projects including the launch of a wood contract furniture company. While at Steelcase Inc., she initiated the company’s first exempt-level job sharing arrangement, a story that was featured on the Today Show, National Public Radio, The New York Times, Newsweek and USA Today.
