Kristen has more than 10 years of marketing and promotions experience in New York City leading multi-media brands such as National Geographic, Oxygen and ABC. Her role at RM+D includes strategy, business development and account/project management.

She is well versed at creating integrated marketing programs including consumer promotions and events, sponsorship programs, advertising, sales presentations and collateral.

Kristen has worked as a Director of Marketing & Public Programs; Manager, Trade Marketing; Consultant in media production and advertising sales marketing; Marketing Manager, ABC Primetime Integrated Marketing & Promotion. She began her career at Oxygen Media, where she was Marketing Manager, Promotions, Advertising & Events.

A graduate of the University of Arizona, Kristen has a BA in Communication.
