Previous use: Constructed in 1935, this building served the Vonk Dairy and Creamery for a decade, and then was occupied by a candy wholesaler until the early 1960s. In 1982, Screen Beater Silkscreen Service moved into the building and operated here for over 20 years.
Current use: Conference, meeting and training space.
